Product list display on Portal

Hi,

I am designing a customer support portal. I need the product selection to be relevant to their organisation. The products they are using is in an product grid on accounts. How can i best design and do this?

    Hi,

    There are two ways to do this,

    1st way is  : crate entity list which shows the product list

    crmhub.blogspot.com/.../get-list-of-all-records-and-view-it-in-Portal.html

    2nd way is : if you have a grid of product on account, just show this grid on form using entity form.

    And want to perform action on grid, check this link :

    Hi!

    Thanks for this and i had a look. I don't think it quite meets what i need.

    When a client creates a case, the client needs to select what product the case is regarding. We have a list of say 25 products of which the client is only using 5. When the client clicks on the product drop down field on the portal, i want the client to only see the 5 product relevant to them to make a choice. So far i can only "show" all 25 products. How do i limit the list to what they are using. The products they are using are in a product grid on the account entity.

    I dont require any update of the record.
