Microsoft dynamics NAV 2018 error with TOTDISCAM function stack with Mix&Max setup least expensive % discount

Hi guys!

I need help to solve a problem.

My retail have a scheme promotions like this:

- Buy 2 get 1 free, and I made a Mix&Max discount percentage 100% for least price item if user scan 2 items, it's discount 100% for the least price immediately.

- My POS got a button use TOTDISCAM function setup with discount total bill amount.

My scope is after discount by Mix&Match if user press the TOTDISCAM button, it will add the amount discount more for total bill but POS promt error: "the store does not exist. Indentified fields and value No.="

Hi There - This looks to be an add-on/customization in your NAV & does not come as a part of standard NAV package. I would suggest contact your partner/ISV who developed this for you. Knowledge about specific ISV Add-ons may not be known to the wider community

Thank you for answering me,

Actually my there is specific custom NAV for my company, the error is so strange, but guys can help me I want to ask if we use standard NAV can we setup the promotion scheme with: "Buy 2 get 1 free (automatically I don't want to create line discount offer on a POS button), and an additional total discount offer trigger at the same time?"

As Rahul mentioned, this is not a problem with the standard. It is recommended that you directly ask the partner who customized this feature.

Or you can try to debug it yourself.
