The following steps have been completed

1:Raised a Purchase Requisition with status In review

2:Converted Purchase Requisition to Request for Quotation

3:Completed the bidding process

4:Have Approved the Purchase Requisition with the Status showing Approved

Cannot see the approved PR in Release Approved Purchase Requisitions page

Hi Ngozi,

Try to click Reserve budget funds option in PR--> financials tab and check again.
