Using Report Wizard in Dynamics 365 to create a report

Hi All,

I m using Dynamic 365 Report Wizard to building reports. Are there anyway to get data from a view rather than an entity, the reason I masking is I want to get data from two entities to build a report. Between two entity we have 1:N relationship.

Hi Dineth,

When you create the Report, you select the primary Record type i.e. main entity and then on the next step you get the option to select the saved system/ personal views.

You can also add the related entity while creating reports.

Hi,

You can get you related entity data by selected related entity while designing fetchxml report through wizard, further while destining you can select your fields to show over report based on the entity selected.

Thanks Ravi, you always helping me to resolve my issue.

I tried that before I post on the Forum , but it doesn't worked. Somehow now I managed to get it done.
