Quick Send Not creating entries

Hi , 

I'm using Dynamics SL 2011 FP1 

and have quick send setup to send OM Invoices and Order Confirmation 

and its working just fine , we recently purchased the Service dispatch and now I'm trying to send the Service Call invoices and for some reason nothing is happening 

I've set it up in the quick send setup and in the Customer Maintenance screen to receive the invoices

any suggestions ???
