Hello!
I want to create a bill of materials for an item but GP gives the error "not a made item", what setting am I missing on the item in order to create a BOM for it?

That item must have been setup as 'BUY' in item master under Item Resource Planning Maintenance as replenishment Method
All items in GP have "Buy" selected by default in the Item Resource Planning Maintenance window. Order policy is not planned. Is there something else in this window that needs to be filled out to get rid of this error?
Looks like the item was set to something other than "Buy" setting it back worked.
