Drop Report and Pay Out Report

I have been doing some research online for a pay out report for RMS.  I can not believe that the program woudl not already come with this report, but alas it does not, at least that I can find.

 I read online how to create a customized report for it, but it is not working.  It is telling me to open a notepad and name it Custom - Pay out drop report.qrp. and to paste the language into the document and place it in the reports directory however when I do this is it actualy just creating a text document and not a .qrp document.  Coudl anyone guide me withier how to make it a .qrp document or actually have a copy of this report already?

    Change the extension of the file to .qrp.

    Find the report in your finder and change the extension .txt to .qrp.

    Then move it to the reports directory: C/Program Files(x86)/Microsoft Retail Management Systems/Store Operations/reports. It looks something like that.

    It should open just fine now given the code is good.

    Also, you should name your report "Memorized- Pay out drop report.qrp" so it shows up in your memorized reports.

    If you have the code can you paste it here? I would find that helpful. Also, where did you find it?

    Download from the report from here;  dl.dropboxusercontent.com/.../Custom%20-%20Misc%20-%20Drop%20or%20Payout.zip

    Extract it to your (if 64b) - C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Retail Management System\Store Operations\Reports

    OR

    (if 32b) - C:\Program Files\Microsoft Retail Management System\Store Operations\Reports

    If Manager is open, close it and re-open to see the report.
