Error when trying to open new sandbox enviroment

Problem started yesterday, it keeps at the Preparing state for about 1 hour and then just deletes itself.
in the enviroment operations tab we can see the failed attempt, i can share the operation ID at the private chat

    I would put in a support ticket with Microsoft regarding this issue, they'll be able to see why it's happening. I don't believe we can do much with the operation ID here.
