Failed Install new company

I'm running GP10.0 with version 10.00.1579 and SQL Server 2008 R2 (RTM) on my computer.

but I encountered a problem Failed install new company. I can't find any where caused the problem.

when i go to my MSSQL folder, i can find my database.mdf and log file, only that i can't see it

in my GP. here is the screenshot ....I hope someone can help me find a solution. thanks

    Is this a fresh install and your first company? If so, I would simply delete the DYNAMICS database and those SQL mdf and ldf files and start over. Make sure you are using the 32 bit ODBC drivers and are logged on as 'sa'. You are not seeing them in GP because the creation of the company failed to complete. If this is not your first company, then delete the mdf and ldf file and try again. You need to run the ClearCompany script just to clear any bad data for this failed company.

    this is not the first company i create. I had done created my sample data and 1st own company database. but when i create 2nd company it's failed.

    btw, before i create 2nd company, I did install visual basic 2008 express edition. then i go create company failed. will because of this?
