Hello,

This is in regards to the Dynamics 365 Outlook App. Particularly the contacts/add-in view (as seen here in this helpful post by AaronRic : (+) Dynamics 365 App for Outlook Part 6-Working with Contacts - Microsoft Dynamics CRM Community)

How can we make it so a user can select more that 25/all contacts in a view in order to send them an email?

Alternately, is there a way for a user to send an email to all contacts in an advanced find from inside outlook? Essentially using it as a distribution list and not a campaign of any kind.

Hi Nye,

We expect users will work in Outlook most of the time and will occasionally need to send untracked email to more than 25 persons like distribution lists.

Hi John,

Would you please explain why you need Dynamics 365 Outlook App to send emails to all your contacts?

It can be achieved easily with Dynamics only.
