I am facing this issue Help me to resolve it.

And explain hot to setup vat posting setup.

What transaction are you posting? Whether it is a journal or an invoice you are required to have a vat product posting group to reflect what is being sold/bought and the vat rate which goes with that. The vat business posting group which you already have set reflects the kind of business you’re dealing with in terms of geography (in this instance) to again determine an applicable rate.

The error appears as you don’t have one half of the argument known. If this is a US database you may want to work with you Microsoft partner as you shouldn’t be getting these kind of errors
