Hi
I have a situation
In Production Environment the Update users from Microsoft 365 is greyed out
In Production Environment when I try to link a BC Security Group to Entra Security Group I get this

I cannot add or remove a permission on the User Permissions list with a blank company ID

In Sandbox I can do everything just fine

Any ideas
I have the same question (0)

It seems to be a permissions issue. Could you check if your permissions are the same as those in the Sandbox? For example, does the Sandbox have Super, but Production doesn't?
Also, if you can share details, it will be easier to pinpoint the problem.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

I think you do not have super in Production environment. The basic you need is Security or Super permission in Business central to perform these tasks.

    Hello,

In Business Central SaaS Production, actions like Update users from Microsoft 365, linking BC Security Groups to Entra ID groups, and managing permissions with a blank Company are restricted and require Global Administrator rights in Microsoft Entra ID plus SUPER (or D365 BUS FULL ACCESS) in BC; Sandbox works because these Entra checks are relaxed there. The error you see is coming from Entra, not BC, and the fix is simply to have an Entra Global Admin sign into Production, run the user sync, and create/link the security group once—after that, normal permission management works.

    Regards,
