1:31:46 PM External Document No. must have a value in Sales Header: Document Type=Order, No.=E24SOR109582. It cannot be zero or empty.
This issue happens for 90% of the Shopify orders I am trying to process. Here's a screenshot showing the error on a dozen or so Shopify orders.
You can also see I was able to create sales orders for a few of them, but I can't figure out why they are different.
In BC's Sales & Receivables page, the Ext. Doc. No. Mandatory is not enabled.
Any ideas what could be causing this to happen? Thank you!
