Getting Error while calling the Retail API from Postman

Hope all are doing well !!!
 
Basically, we have integration with the third party application. The api calling was working till yesterday, unfortunately it is stopped working and we are getting some weired behaviour. Please help us.

    Getting Error while calling the Retail API from Postman
    Hi,
     
    Have you tried to restart the Retail Server to see if it can work.
    For the error message, please check if the API in included in Retail server metadata https://<RetailServer>/commerce/$metadata.

    Thank you for your response.
     
    I tried the suggestion mentioned by you. Unfortunately it is not working. While debug it is hitting the controller part but from there it is not step into request handler and we are getting the error mentioned in the above question.

    You might have not specified the request type in the SupportedRequestTypes in the request handler.
