Reports: telephone number country prefix is missing and company name not in address only in sales offer and order confirmation.

In my reports the telephone number country prefix is missing only in sales offer and order confirmation. Also the company name is not shown in the address in those two reports. Only the sales persons name is shown. My country is Germany. Does anyone have an idea where this problem could origin from?

Hi,

Please check if you have added the Prefix in the related customer card, also I can see Order confirmation does print the address by default, check if there is any customization done before?

oh sorry for being inaccurate, but the prefix is missing with the company phone number on the bottom of the report. in all other reports it is shown. only in those 2 it is not. seems strange to me. there is noch customization done to the address in the word document.

so I put the prefix in by hand which should be a workaround. still have the problem of my company name missing in my address on order confirmation and sales offer. it just shows the sales persons name.

i downloaded the standard report as a docx file (StandardSalesOrder.docx). then i changed the layout, but didn't touch the address.

I'm happy to jump on a teams call quickly if it's convenient and check your layout.

I would however recommend doing the following.

1. in Word, enable your Developer TAB,

2. Download your Custom Report Layout

3. Then insert all the address lines as plain text from the XML mapping pane by right clicking on the relevant field.

4. Reupload here clicking Import, then Update

5. Then run Report
