Hi,

I'm trying the crm  2015 trial version, after completing the set up this is how it looks. Why is it pending? How can I open the crm itself, I want to see the modules

    Hi,

You can simple right click the organization and say upgrade. The reason for this being pending is that the org version is not same as your crm version. So when you say Upgrade, it will upgrade your organization to the version of your crm server.

You need to do this one by one for both the organizations.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Jane,

How did you get these organizations? Did you import any existing database or created new organization from deployment manager? It looks like these organization are not yet imported/ created successfully.

If you create a new organization will that work? When you install crm, it creates a default organization, which one is that out of these two?

The server is the default crm and the other one I just created it as new organization

    Hi Jane,

Addition to Ravi's comment. this generally when someone has created these organization , at that moment because VMs  resources issue these got stuck.

I am afraid at this moment , there is nothing much you can except creating the new ones.

    hope this helps!

Did you get any error while installing your crm server or creating new org?

Can you try a new org?

    Hi Jane,

Have you done an in-place upgrade?

Can you see upgrade option in the detail pane?
