Hello together,

We´ve a Dynamics CRM 2011 on a W2K8R2.

We need to export (csv/excel/whatever) specified Leads (from scpecific owner) with all activities. I´m still able to create a search and export the Leads into a csv file. Thats works fine, but there are no activities within the file. At the activity tab, its possible to export the activities, but there are no lead infos.

Any ideas to export the leads with activities in one file?

Many thanks!

    Hi,

You can create view in activity entity with adding require columns of leads from  Regarding (Leads) and then export data. This will generate excel with all require information of leads

    Hi Rutul,

many thanks for your Answer. If I understand it right:

If I change / create a view at activities, I just see the activities of the specified Lead and not all!?

And if I create a new View at the activity entity, i will just see leads with activities.

My Goal is to export all Leads (specific owner) and if the have activities then they should be exported as well

    Best Regards

Under activity list, you may see all activities associated with leads. But if any there isn't any activity against lead, then it may not visible in activity view. You can create report for the same whereas primary entity would be Lead and secondary would be Activity. Get require columns and this is how you can export all leads with its activities.

    Hope this may help you

    Regards,

    Rutul

    Hi,

it may help you to meet your business scenario

First step in advanced find view:

-> Go with "Activities"  select Activity Type(field name)- contains Data

    ->select Regarding(Lead)- FirstName(Field Name)-contain data

here you are getting Activities and related Leads

Second Step in advanced find view:

->Edit Columns Select Record Type as Regarding(Lead)

here u select what are the fields need from your lead entity

now select export to excel , now the excel having leads and related activities

    Hi schlappafux,

You can create a custom Dynamics CRM leads report using Skyvia Query. They have an SQL editor, and a visual query builder online. You can just choose leads and activities and generate a CSV file - here's an example of the leads query from their query gallery - skyvia.com/.../all-leads-in-current-fiscal-year.

If it is more convenient for you, there are also Skyvia Query Excel add-in and Google Sheets add-on.
