We are getting this error when signing on.

    • Check that you have licenses for Dynamics CRM
    • Check that you have been assigned a security role in the environment
    • If you are using a bookmark, try instead to go directly to the url (https://yourorgname.crm.dynamics.com) in case the link is bad
     
    Since we are not in your organization, we can't really tell why Ben and Terry have it (lucky them!). I might recommend contacting your IT department and asking them to set you up for CRM copying their current setup (environments, licenses, security roles, etc.).

    Cannot sign into dynamics

    I have never been able to log in (I started on 03/12/2025). It is the Dynamic 365 Sales product that we are using. Terry and Ben have it and can access it but I cannot. I'm not sure if there is anything else special or unique to the product?
