Dynamics CRM 2013 app does not work on my Android phone

Hi,

I have downloaded the Dynamics CRM app on my GT-I9505 with Android v. 4.4.2. When I start the app, I get the sign in screen and enter my user and PW. After signing in I only get a white screen and nothing else.

Why does your app not work? It did work a couple of weeks ago, but now it does not.

Very disappointed! Please provide a solution!

    Hello Oveo,

    Please make sure that you have downloaded Microsoft's Dynamics CRM App. Also let me know the build of CRM 2013 Organization that you are trying to access.

    Hello Oveo, wellcome to the club. I'm trying to make we app working on Android, I-phones and Windows phone too, but with no luck. Our problem is with CRM on Premise and online too

    I am sorry to hear about your initial experience with CRM for phones.

    I would like to suggest you to first verify the below are supported in your case:

    - device / OS technet.microsoft.com/.../dn531170(v=crm.6).aspx and  

    - base language of organization technet.microsoft.com/.../4d5a67ea-55ab-4bdc-b905-3ba75d3889d3(v=crm.6)

    We can expect to get a white screen after the login for example when the base language of the organization is not supported.

    Please let us know if this helps.

    Hi Nina, thank you for reply.

    For the language of the org we are in a supported scenario (we have some in english US and some in Italian. All the device are in English/italian too).

    But I see that only 4.0/4.1/4.2 Android is supported. Most of our devices are on 4,3 and 4,4, so there is no way to work with that devices?

    thanks for your reply and verifications. I am afraid that at the moment Android 4.3 and 4.4. are not supported. We are working on providing support for these versions in the future, at this point an ETA is not available yet.

    I would encourage you to send a product suggestion at  https://connect.microsoft.com/ and provide insight to the Microsoft development community about the importance of the support of these version for you, which might help further prioritize it. Thank you for your understanding and collaboration.

    Can you confirm that you are able to successfully configure the application on an 4.0/4.1/4.2 Android device?

    Hi Nina, I'm asking some collegue about Android 4.1/42, but please consider that our ADFS+CRM Enviroment is no allowing CRM App to work. No one of the supported device (Ipad/iphones/w8 devices) is working even if the infrastructure itself works well using a normal browser even if with a mobile device.

    We have now a support case opened. And we are proceding to analize the issue.

    This is sad guys. Its mid July and still no support. If mobile is the strategy, how is this not more of a priority? Were not talking some obscure os here.

Could you please provide us further details about the issue and the affected devices/ OS? As per technet.microsoft.com/.../dn531170(v=crm.6).aspx Android OS 4.3 is already supported.
