Getting an error message while sending the mail in Dynamics 365 as /The user selected in the From field does not have the option enabled to allow other users to send the email on their behalf./

In the email both FROM and TO recipients has System Administrator role. I too have a system administrator role.

Please check the sender's personal settings to ensure that they allow others to send emails on their behalf:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/send-email-on-behalf

We can see our personal settings in the following two places:

1.Any one of the dynamic 365 applications:
