How to get the email link or ORG name when making report in VS 2008 BID

I am making some simple RDL reports (using VS 2008 and uploading them to CRM.  In my reports I have some entity records and what I want to achieve is  - clicking on the entity record will actually open the record in CRM. Basically I want to have access to the link that you see when you click on the "Email Link"  in CRM.

Now - I am not sure which ORG is going to be used in future. So, I don't want to hard code. So, I was wondering if there is  a way that I can get the whole link or just the org name.

I realize that it might not work in the VS environment but as long as it works on CRM web UI - I am ok.

Please kindly let me know if there is any confusion about my question.

    Magor Kovacs  - thanks for your reply.

    I am worried about Parameters!CRM_URL.Value. This means that I have to have a parameter where I have to specify the URL, right?

    The problem with that is

    a) I don't know in which org would the reports be uploaded next.

    b) There are about 25 reports. I don't want to change them every time the org changes.

    Would there be an automatic way to get this URL value.
