Hello All,

Our Client has below requirement. When Emails Shoots in CRM with Multiple attachments, User needs to have a capability to download all the attachments with in one click.

In Gmail/Outlook , These functionalities are there. With one click all the attachments would download in to Zip file in local folders.

The same functionality is expected while downloading the attachments in CRM 2015.

Can any one suggest any tool /approach to achieve this requirement.

For your requirement you need to write client side custom javascript or jquery or in sever side through workflow.

I had the exact same issue and couldn't find a solution. I think there can be a lot of improvements in the attachment handling.

Anyway. You can download the solution (managed) here:- github.com/.../Download_All_Attachments.zip

This solution has the following components:-

1) A ribbon update

2) A javascript library which finds all the attachments linked to the email / converts them from base 64 and delivers a prompt to save.

Cheap and simple. Hope this helps :)
