Recurring workflow won't running the custom workflow

I wanted to running a custom workflow once in every 10 minutes. I have created 2 workflows to make this recurring workflow. This is my first workflow :

The first try i run the main workflow, it was successfully run the "CustomContactWorkflow" and send emails. But after that (10 minutes later), it only sent me the emails, but it didn't execute the "CustomContactWorkflow". There is no new log recorded in Plug-in Trace Log. The only recorded log is the first time my workflow running

Hi Intant,

In workflow job retention Section uncheck the "Automatically delete completed jobs"and then try again to get more log information.

Dynamics might not like the recursion in your workflows (more exactly, it does not like it for sure, it's more a question of how many "levels" it will allow you to run before the process is terminated). Have a look at the system jobs - see if there are any issues there (if any of those two workflows have not succeeded)
