Importing of Bank Statement

Hi All,

I have this issue where my imported bank statement line items date is all in the month of January. For Example, I imported a bank statement for the month of February with a date format of mm/dd/yyyy. However, after being imported the system imports the month as January, the days and year is the same with the bank statement the only issue is the month.

For example:

I've imported a Bank statement with a line item of as follows:

02/01/2022 | "Description" | "Amount" | Reference "Number"

Imported bank statement in the Business Central:

01/01/2022 | "Description" | "Amount" | Reference "Number"

Additionally, I've already made sure that my date format in the data exchange definition is the same date format that is the bank statement. Is there any way to fix this?

I have the same question (0)

    Hello,

What happens if you change the region within BC? Are you in a SaaS environment or an OnPrem environment?

    Thank you.

    Hi Marco,

I tried changing the region in BC and the date format on the bank statement. However, the problem still persists when uploading the bank statement. I still get the same issue regardless. As for the environment, I'm in the production environment.

    Kindest regards,

    Lawrence

Hi! In the set up for the Data Exchange Definition for the Bank Statement, set the Date Format on the Column Definitions Line for the date to MM/dd/yyyy.

    Hi NiFo!

Thank you for the suggestion. I finally got it. The month in the date format should be in capital letters. I've been putting it in lowercase.
