Application Error when using Web Client on Workstation

Hello All,

Just finishing an upgrade from GP 2010 to GP 2015 R2. Web client is up and running. I can login to the first workstation using Internet Explorer and everything is working. I sent the new webpage link to another staff person for testing. They can get to the web page, they can login, however a box pops up with application error and you can either restart or copy. I am trying to do problem determination. Is this siverlight? causing the problem?
