Cannot create new forms on some dataverse tables.

Hey Community,

I really need some help as I am not sure what the issue I am facing is caused by, and it is impacting the build significantly.

I cannot create new forms on some tables. The Dataverse tables I am trying to create new forms are in unmanaged solutions. I have system administrator and these are custom tables I made. This issue is not impacting all tables only 2 I have identified so far.

I have used both Edge and Chrome, turned off and on the computer and used a different computer and I am still impacted.

I have no issues working on other forms for different tables and My other tenants have no issues.

Here is the error I get when trying to create a new form:

I have tried editing in classic which makes forms that i cannot use and do not work properly.

As this is an urgent issue and I am new to both forums I have crossposted this also here:

I will keep an eye on both areas to avoid anyone duplication of efforts in the community and will update as soon as either has a solution

Hi,

Please share the console error log of browser.

This issue is only occurring for custom entities which you have created? Please confirm

Also, can you go to metadata browser tool of XrmToolbox and Check below highlighted property of both entities:

And Please assign System Customizer role to you.

I can confirm I have given myself the System Customizer role.

I checked metadata browser and it is marked as customizable.

Is there an easy way for me to download the whole log? Or would you need me to copy it all out into a text file.

just an update I am still having no joy in modern ui but in classic it seems to be working if I edit from the default solution.

I would suggest please go with default solution from classic ui and after creation add it in your development solution.

Meantime, please create support ticket for the same.

I logged the support ticket and they are not sure on the cause. But the ticket is still open hopefully they have luck. thanks for your help!
