GP 9 to 10 UPgrade Fail

Upgrading the Dynamics Database using GP Utilities.  I come to a screen which tells me to "Choose Update to begin updating system tables" I press update and nothing happens.  I click on the details button and a COmpany Detail Window pops up with no further information.  I can only cancel out the upgrade at this point, I see no way of moving forward, and no tables appear to require updating.  ANy suggestions?

    THis is a known issue.

    Here is some information.

    The failure of the Security Data Transfer process can occur for a number of reasons which is covered within the Critical Update Note 1 of the Updating to Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0 Hot Topic -

    The script provided within the Hot Topic catches most causes of failure but not every one.  If you are still planning to convert security, the action would be to restore the database back to run the script and resolve any issues identified.
