Hi Experts,

Is there a way or workaround to edit inventory journals (Movement, Inventory adjustment, Bills of materials, counting) after the workflow has been approved.

Hi Zubair,

This is not possible. Once submitted to the workflow, the user completed his task and checked if there were mistakes or not. Once approved, it means that someone checked the contents and agrees with posting it. Users should be careful in entering details and approving documents.

If there is a business reason to change it, you can develop a reset function like available on some purchasing workflow templates.

Hi Zubair,

We can do request change under functions button on the top which will bring the journal to draft stage as it was earlier and we can make changes to it
