Hi
I want to know the use of Print Shipping Labels option in the Packing Slip Form and where do i design and configure the label.
I don't think it has any functionality behind it out of box. It was to be developed via customization or integration with 3rd party shipping engines.

You can use this feature by enabling following option in Sales ledger parameters / Accounts receivable parameters
This parameter controls the printing. The report used is SalsShippingLabel
