Production Picking using Adv WH

I am testing RM pick work for production using Adv. WH management.

1. My production input location is non LP controlled.. however, mobile device still asks for target LP when trying to put items there. - Any idea why this is happening ?

2. For new feature - Production over pick - We have enabled this.

- Now - at item level, configurations are order picking for both LP and non LP locations

- WH worker is enabled for Production overpicking

- menu item is also enabled for allow overpick

however I am still not getting button for overpick onto mobile device. to do overpicking.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi,
Please check the position configuration file to see if you have set the Enable license plate position and display mobile device LP position options to Yes. If set to yes, the license plate position of the license plate in that location will be preserved and the license plate position will be displayed to mobile device users.

If you don't see the button for the Production over pick on your mobile device, you can try to check following points:
Ensure that the WH staff assigned to perform these tasks have the necessary permissions to perform the Production over pick operation.
Verify that the specific mobile device menu items associated with over pick are configured correctly and associated with the correct work pool and work user group. Make sure the menu items are published and available on mobile devices as well.
Sometimes the mobile device configuration may not reflect changes immediately. Try flushing the cache or restarting the device to make sure it picks up the latest configuration.
