What tables does the Reconcile to GP report pull from

I had a batch that went to recovery. We discovered that it did post and even posted to GL.

It caused duplicates in my PM tables. So we had to delete from the work tables and all was looking good.

The transactions show in inquiry on AP and GL but they show as not matched on this recon report

Any idea

Hello,

I'm not 100% however I believe that the reconcile to GL only looks at the PM10100 or PM30600 on the PM side, GL20000 on the GL side

Hi,

As David Mason said for PM Reconcile to GL reports are pulled from the following tables

PM Distribution Work/Open – PM10100

PM Distribution History – PM30600

in addition to that there are two more tables

PM Transaction OPEN File – PM20000

PM Paid Transaction History File – PM30200

For GL it uses GL20000 table

Thanks for your help. We found some posting flags that were not set to posted in the PM10100 and PM30600 tables.
