Integration Manager GP2010............

When trying to integrate a (new) customer master record using IM - this message appears.......(are you sure you want to delete this record? Integration is setup as Insert/Update.customer does not exist........source file has only 1 record......

This issue was resolved by user rights in SQL - very strange
