Did it ever work?    Does it work on other workstations?    What version of D365 are you running?

    Thanks

In the same machine, through the web browser, if you use same credential to log into web client, would the similar error happen or not?

    Hello Andy Ran,

    For your comment.

we are able to login using web client on the same machine and with the same credentials.

but now i have got comment from the user that it's working now , only the difference was network change.

but when i am trying at my machine with the clients network then also it's working with my credentials.

what could be the issue behind this , still i am clueless.

any other thing which we can apply for this.

What network change was made?  Could be the ports are blocked that need to do the ADFS authentication where using the web uses the HTTPS.

    Hello Beth,

if that is the case then , why it has worked on my side when connecting to the client network.

also i didn't understand difference of ports and https authentication, because https also uses the port correct?
