Hello Everyone

We have a requiremet wherein the client doesnt want to see any planned orders which is deeted for a reason atleast for a certain period of time.

In detail, if I have a requirement and system has generated a planned order for it. User decides to delete it for now, and wanted the MRP to ignore it for a certain period of time - like 2 weeks. Then they want the MRP to bring up again.

I cannot use approve funstionality as it is already for its own purpose.

Is this possible in D365.

    Hello rejul,

The reason the Planned Orders keeps coming back is because the demand is still there. So either:

    1) From the planned order, access the demand order and change the required date to beyond the timefence or reduce the quantity; or

    2) change the status of the Planned Order to 'approved' and create a view that filters out the 'Approved' planned orders (the approved planned order will balance the demand)

    Thanks for the reply.

But the completed planned orders will still get regenerated in the next run.

I want It to keep deleted or completed till a specific time period

    Hi rejul,

What about manually change planned order's status to Completed, If you decide to freeze it.
