Hi,
What would cause the unknown card type error in MPOS ?
This seems to be happening with Maestro cards.
MPOS throws the error and transaction doesn't complete.

Can you make sure that card types are properly setup in HQ side and data has been pushed to store. It seems that it doesn't have MAESTRO card type available. Check below screenshot.
Furthermore, can you also provide what the event viewer states when this error occurs ?
