A GP 9 client has Horizons CFG/IPM installed. With it installed, doing a transfer of orders to invoices at a batch level is extremely slow. Without it installed, the time to transfer orders to invoices at a batch level is very quick.
If you have had this experience with Horizons' product, would you mind letting me know if you've experienced this issue?

I have had several customers use that combination and have not experienced any issues with transfers. I suggest you contact Horizon support.
