Hello all


i am prearranging for exam MB2-712 certification and i want to pass it first attempt, please any one suggest me i what is the best way for preparation. and how many question are there in exam, is there any grade system in the exam.Kindly help me.

    Other Suggestion:

    - Practice by creating trial org.

    - Prepare Notes ( Key Pointers ).

    If you prepare well you will definitely pass in first attempt. However understanding the features and concepts of CRM is more important then clearing the exam in first short.

    Microsoft is giving you offer on attempting exam more then once. So even if you fail its no harm , you will get to understand your weak areas and try to master it before attempting again.

    Go with booster Pack (www.microsoft.com/.../offers.aspx). It gives you multiple attempts.

    If you organization has Partner Source then you can request for DLP and refer the recommended exam preparation guide.

    Kumar has suggested some great resources. (Thanks for the mention, Kumar.)

    I strongly suggest you get as much hands-on time as possible during your preparation. The exam isn't an easy one but being very familiar with actually using CRM will really help you. Reference material is great but experimenting with the product should form a large part of your preparation.
