How to trigger a plugin when a task is marked as completed.

1. In plugin registration which message should I choose?

2. In plugin code how can I check if the task is marked as completed then only execute the code?

Hi ,

If you only change the status reason you have to use Update Message and PostImage.From post image you will get the status reason "Completed" and depending on the status reason You can implement your plugin logic.

Hi Elangamban,

Create a plugin for the task entity on the Update message. In the plugin you will need to retrieve the value of the status field. If the value of the status field is "Completed" then continue the execution of your plugin, otherwise end the plugin execution.
