RMS integration to TSYS

My customer is using RMS on a Windows 8.1 machine. There is only one station. They are currently using a USB Magtek Swiper to capture transactions. I'll be moving them to TSYS direct and they have provided me the VAR, but when I got into the EDC settings on RMS I saw urls for gateways (currently Mercury Payments), which TSYS did not provide me. So I guess my questions would be can I convert this over as is, and is there any more info I need from TSYS? Are there resources to walk me through this out there? TSYS is telling me to contact Microsoft. The merchant knows very little about what they're using, and I've had no luck on my own. I'm willing to pay for tech assistance to help me through the integration. My customer currently does not pay for any sort of support, but I'm willing to help them to get this integration complete. It seems like it should be a fairly easy and quick switch, but would like expert help so I do not make an error and take the customer down. Any insight or pointing me in the right direction is greatly appreciated.

    I would contact New West Tech.  I work with them for my integrations, I am sure they have one for TSYS. There are also a number of other vendors that provide that service.    Most likely you will just download and install some software and enter their merchant ID and maybe a few other things into it.   www.newestech.com

    Hi Casey and thanks for the email and call about our Card Defender solution for RMS which works with TSYS. We will keep selling, updating and supporting Card Defender for a couple more years even though support for RMS ends in July of this year.

    You can find the version of RMS in RMS/Store Operations Manager under "help" and then "about Store Operations". It will be a long number starting with a "1" or "2".
