Dear all

I have customer service hub installed on my dynamics365 instance, but I cant see the option “Enable for Interactive Experience” on the general tab of any entity, although, I can find the options (Appears in global filter in interactive experience/ Sortable in global filter in interactive experience) when I open any field, thus.

As a result, I cant view or run any interactive dashboard on any entity.

Please help.

Thanks,

    Hi Ahmad,

In the new version of CRM, the behaviour is different.

All entities are now enabled for the interactive experience in the new Customer Service Hub app.

    docs.microsoft.com/.../new-in-version-9-for-developers

    Hope this helps.

thanks a lot Nithya, but how to run an interactive dashboard? how to call it?

    thanks,

    just to clarify:

I mean to run it as an end-user, assuming it is already created and configured.

    thanks,

    Hi Ahmad,

Go to the link   orgName.crmx.dynamics.com/apps and select Customer Service Hub App as shown below or go to Settings > Application > My Apps > Customer Service Hub.

You can create interactive experience dashboards which are entity specific in addition to Interactive Service Hub dashboards.

    See the links below.

    Hi Ahmad,

Navigate to page https://orgName.crmx.dynamics.com/apps, click on ... inside Customer Service Hub app and select Open in App Designer.

After the app opens in the App Designer, click on Dashboards and select the dashboards to be shown in Customer Service Hub on the right sidebar as shown below.

Finally, Save and Publish the app.

Now navigate to the Customer Service Hub app and the dashboard is added to the app.

    Hope this helps.
