Even though the owner of the queue has the permission to send on behalf of another user, and so does the owner of the email which is being sent from the queue, also the mailbox for the queue is approved and works. Does anyone have any ideas what else I need to look at?
To add to this I have just checked the queue owner is System Admin so has full privileges for send on behalf etc
Hi Kenneth,
Thanks for your response.
I have had a look through the link, so in terms of the permissions.... of course we can not assign this directly to the queue. But the owner of the queue has both the permissions showcased in that link.
So I am not to sure why it is still flagging the user does not have send as privilege? If I go into the email as a system administrator who has send on behalf of another user ticked, and try send an email from the queue the error still appears which is why I am confused.
Any suggestions appreciated.
Hi,
It seems that email router fails to send e-mail from Microsoft Dynamics because of permissions. Here the official troubleshooting process to be followed:
