hi,

we are in the process of migrating active directory to a new domain and with sid history but the users name changes in the target domain.
What is the procedure to integrate dynamic nav into the new domain and remap the users?
thanks in advance

Hi, what is your Credential Type? If it is Windows the easiest way is to re-add the user. You can clear out all users and add again.

In the case of UserName, as far as I know this is not affected.

Hope this can give you some hints.
    Thanks.
