Hi experts,

I have configured my user as a worker and have defaults for my packing station location.

When I go into 'pack' I get nothing, all is blank even the worker:

Why is this? How do I get my worker and defaults to appear?

Hi Elizabeth,

Based on the screenshot you shared (worker field is blank), system doesn't know which warehouse worker your user is linked to.

You have to set up yourself as warehouse worker (Warehouse management/Setup/Worker):
