Using Advanced Find to Access All Records Relating to a Subject

Hi all,

I ideally need to be able to search for records by subject - is this possible? When I do an Advanced Find there doesn't seem to be any way of including subjects into the query. Also, when I go into the subjects list and click on one there is no information attached to it, which seems rather pointless. I'm sure I'm missing something obvious but if anyone is able to help that would be much appreciated.

Example:

If I go into a single record, there is always at lease one Feedback Subject attached to it, for instance "Field Team". This is done to tag the record so that it can be shared with relevant teams, except we haven't yet worked out how to use Advanced Find to search all "Field Team" records.
