Hi all,

My employer is still on the demo stage of Business Central.

Is it possible to approve stuff in Business Central via email without having a subscription?

If not, does anyone know if there is a cheaper subscription just for users who need to approve stuff in BC?

Thanks in advance.

As Josh mentioned if you have trial version you cannot sign up for team member.

With a trial version of BC I assume? You don’t get BC team members in a trial version. Are these team members for another product? It’s a generic naming convention after all.

Thanks - I have tried assigning a team license to some users. I then click process > update users from M365. I have done it 3x already but users who have team member license aren't showing up. Is this just a delay?
