hello all

yesterday my terminal server crashed, one of the users was working in an ORD when this happened, then when the server came back the order was all greyed out and it was impossible to make changes to it, so she created a new one and asked me to delete this one.

so I managed to delete the order, but now the problem is that there is a SKU stuck in back order and i cant seem to be able to get rid of it.

also it is not attached to any document.

Hi,

If this isn't on any other document, you need to change the IV00102 table and adjust the number.

thank you for your help, last night I ran the inventory reconcile, and the sku is not stuck in the backorder
