Sandbox Environment State remains "Not Ready"

Hello

I deleted and recreated a Sandbox environment (called "UAT") a number of times today.  I am testing the cloud migration tool and needed to refresh the environment in order to mimic a migration process from scratch.

On my last attempt at deleting and recreating this Sandbox environment, the environment state remained stuck on "Not Ready".  I also noted that the Capacity page in the Admin centre would not refresh; no matter how much time I give it.  Also, I cannot delete the Sandbox because the delete option is greyed out since the state is "Not Ready"

Can anyone suggest a solution? There are three other environments; Production (has just Cronus and My company) and two other Sandbox environments (each 17GB in size).  The environment that I deleted was also 17GB in size.  Could it be that when an environment is deleted, the database is not deleted straightaway and so I wasn't giving the system enough time between delete and create thereby inadvertently exceeding the storage capacity limit?

Many thanks

Give it a bit more time.

Otherwise, click on UAT link. Once in UAT environment, choose from the top Support -> New Support Request.

We're running into issues w/ Sandbox creation.  We can go through the process to create a new Sandbox and it appears in Environments list...but after a short period of time...it disappears from the list.

I feel like we had a similar issues after the last update.

    Hello,

I assume you need to raise this issue to Microsoft so we can reset your environment.

    Thanks.
