We have set up some email sending domains for testing. The domains are verified for sending but don't seem to be delivering. I'm not sure if we set the domain up incorrectly or if there is a location in the system to get more details on sent emails other than the email section itself.
Hi, Have you tried enabling and configuring Mailbox?
In fact, our team found the same issue when we tried to reproduce your action, but once we set up and verified Mailbox, sending emails worked fine.
So, you can try to test your Mailbox by following these steps.
Step1, follow Advanced Settings -> Email Configuration-> Mailboxes. Step2, select your mailbox and enable and test the mailbox. if your organization has default settings, you can also apply the default settings and then approve email box.
