plugin trace errors not able to read

Hi There,

Recently we upgraded to new UI, previously it was easy to download log file and read trace messages and find the error, but now log files do not seems to have any trace messages which making it difficult for us to find the error, is there some setting that i need to on.Going every time to plugin trace via setting does not seem to be a fit because that takes time. Can someone help me in enable this feature so that i can read trace via download log file.
