    Rafeesh,

Just create a customization with writing a trigger on field Item Number/Quantity of Inventory Transfer line window and assign the type "on hand" to "in use" with using VBA or Dexterity customization.

If you need any help regarding this customization feel free to contact me (soma.moorthy@gmail.com).

    Hope this helps!!!

    Hi Refeeesh,

Just to add to the valuable suggestion provided by Mahmoud & Soma, you can record a macro for this and use the same in order to the job for you.  The other option will be use excel paste from Dynamics Innovations which you can use and upload your transactions.

Yes , we are in hospitality business and doing transfer of items to 65 outlets each transaction having more than 100 line item per outlet. So I need an automated Mathis to consume from on hand to inuse. If you have any script or customisation please advice

There is no default setup for this. You will have to pick from the options

What is the frequency of entering such transfer ? Is it too many transactions per day ?

If so, I would consider building an automated solution either to integrate data from a specific source, or mass data entry.

    Your feedback is highly appreciated,
